The year 2020 has been extraordinary challenging due to disruption from the Covid-19 pandemic. Navigating the stressed yet competitive marketplace, we focused on diversification of service offering within the existing client base:

  • Market Presence – All in-person events were cancelled but our firm managed to participate at the virtual 2020 FHCF Participating Insurer Workshop.
  • Innovation – Following months of shutdown across the globe, our firm managed to complete the developments and launch the emerging markets focused and technology-based analytical platform SL DRA in Q4 2020. We plan to onboard the first customers in Q1 2021.
  • Diversification – Our firm consolidated its achievement in core practices. Here are examples of projects completed during the years 2020:
